The Ray Celebrates Infrastructure Week

This week is Infrastructure Week and The Ray is proud to be one of 400 affiliates around the country talking about the critical importance of updating our national infrastructure. On Monday, The Ray kicked off the week with a virtual tour of The Ray, cohosted by Georgia Public Service Commissioner Tim Echols and the Georgia Department of Transportation. You can watch the video here. Follow #TimeToBuild and #InfrastructureWeek2018 for all the week's activities.

In other news, The Ray has been busy hosting guests from around the United States and all around the world! At the end of April, The Ray hosted representatives from City of Orlando's transportation and utility sector who were interested in getting to know more about The Ray and brainstorm how to implement some of The Ray's innovations in their home state. Days later, The Ray was honored to host a team from the BBC World Service's "World Hacks" program. Keep an eye out next month for a 23 min radio program about The Ray!  You can also read Harriet Langford's op-ed in the LaGrange Daily News about the importance of infrastructure investment. As always, follow The Ray on FacebookTwitterInstagram, and LinkedIn to never miss an update.
