A Big Meeting

Nearly one thousand Interface associates are gathering in Atlanta this week, which will be a celebration and a reaffirmation of Interface’s commitment to environmental sustainability and to carrying forward Ray’s legacy.

It’s another off-week for me. This time, I’m honored to be a guest at Interface’s Global Sales Meeting, the first that the company has held since 1997. Nearly one thousand Interface associates are gathering in Atlanta this week, which will be a celebration and a reaffirmation of Interface’s commitment to environmental sustainability and to carrying forward Ray’s legacy.

I’ll share some reflections next week, but in the meantime I thought I would share a music video instead of quotes this week. It’s John Denver’s Blue Water World, which he composed for Interface in that 1997 meeting, months before his too-soon passing. Though we can’t be sure, it might be the last song that he wrote, and it is a special one. I hope you enjoy.
