RayDay event producer, idealand, embarked on a waste reduction journey with Elemental Impact (Ei) Partners in 2015 and 2016 to turn RayDay into a Zero Food Waste Event. Now, through a case study, published in partnership with NatureWorks, they share some highlights and lessons learned.
