I was lucky to escape to some cool mountain air for the Fourth of July holiday. A side effect of exposure to that cool mountain air was a sudden and complete inability to write a blog. As I recover from this affliction, I’ll take the week off and share with you quotes by the famed environmentalist Jane Goodall.

Per my custom, I’ll give you my favorite – “My mother always taught us that if people don’t agree with you, the important thing is to listen to them. But if you’ve listened to them carefully and you still think that you’re right, then you must have the courage of your convictions.”
