The Ray C. Anderson Foundation is continuing its commitment to the Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business in the Ernest Scheller Jr. College of Business through a multiyear grant to help fund the Center’s operations.
According to John A. Lanier, executive director of the Ray C. Anderson Foundation, “It’s important to have various metrics of success, but our Foundation believes strongly in relationships, and the relationship we have with the Center is vital.”
The Ray C. Anderson Center for Sustainable Business serves as both a catalyst and connector, working to bring together students, research faculty, companies, and entrepreneurs to create and implement business-based solutions to envi- ronmental problems. As such, the Center works across the campus to further many of the goals that Ray C. Anderson, IE 1956, HON Ph.D. 2011, pursued.
